Battery replacement 

The battery life of your watch will vary depending on how often you swim. When it is getting low you will notice the display dimming when in swim mode or a failure to upload data to your computer. Replacing a battery on a watertight watch can be tricky and requires replacing the gasket.

Order here to pay £15 plus postage before you send in your watch. Once you’ve paid here, simply send us the watch with your name and return address and we’ll turn it around in a day or two.

You are responsible for shipping cost to our facility. Swimovate will conduct all features listed below

This is a service, we don’t send out loose batteries as it’s not permitted by the postal service. We fit the battery for you, pressure test  and guarantee it against leaks for you.

If you prefer to take the watch to a local jeweler you must tell them it’s for swimming and ask for it to be pressure tested to 5ATM. We cannot take responsibility for any leaks that occur afterwards.

EU Customers: Please be aware that since Brexit there may be extra charges on import. Unfortunately this is beyond our control.

  • PoolMateLive we can change the battery for you too, just order on our website and return your watch. If you prefer to change it yourself you can unscrew the removeable battery container on the back of the case. It’s a good idea to grease the outside of this with silicon grease or Vaseline before screwing back up. This helps retain the water resistance.
  • PoolMateHR this has a rechargeable battery, it should not usually need changing, if you are having problems please email us for advice at support@swimovate.com
