Mac You will need to delete the Masterlog.csv file and the User.csv file that are already on your computer before running the software. You can find the files in YourUsername/Library/ApplicationSupport/PoolMate Pro


PC You will need to delete the Masterlog.csv file and the User.csv files that are already on your computer before running the software. You first need to enable hidden folders as shown here:http://windows.microsoft.com/en-GB/windows7/Show-hidden-files
Then go to C:\Users\YOURUSERNAME\AppData\Roaming\PoolMatePro
and delete the files
