Strap or case replacement

In the unlikely event your strap breaks or your glass cracks we can fit a replacement for you.

Order here to pay before you send in your watch. Once you’ve paid here, simply send us the watch with your name and return address and we’ll turn it around in a day or two.

*If the glass breaks we need to replace the whole case/strap combination as the glass is molded into the case at the factory.
**This page is NOT for just ordering a replacement strap to be sent to you… we don’t do that.

Customer will be responsible for shipping cost to our facility. Swimovate will conduct all features listed below

  • New Gasket
  • Return Shipping

This is a service, we only send loose straps if you tell us by email after ordering. We prefer to fit the strap and battery for you, pressure test and guarantee it against leaks for you.

If you ask us to send the strap out for you to fit we cannot take responsibility for any leaks that occur afterwards.

EU Customers: Please be aware that since Brexit there may be extra charges on import. Unfortunately this is beyond our control.
